About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and people-focused Nurse Manager – Long-Term Care (LTC) Rehabilitation to join Levindale Hospital in Baltimore County, Maryland. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an RN who understands the unique clinical and interpersonal demands of long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation and knows how to bring out the best in a nursing team while maintaining exceptional standards of resident care. As Nurse Manager, you will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, support and develop nursing staff, and help foster an environment where residents and their families feel heard, respected, and confident in the care they receive. Offering a competitive salary of $85,000 – $132,000 annually, this position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LTC or rehabilitation nurse ready to combine clinical expertise with hands-on leadership.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program.
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher required.
  • Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of nursing experience within Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a nursing leadership, charge, or supervisory role.
  • Previous management experience required.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of geriatric, subacute, rehabilitation, or memory care populations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage staff, residents, and families.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Extensive nursing leadership experience within LTC, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or memory care.
  • Experience developing, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote clinical quality, accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
  • Experience communicating with residents' families regarding care needs, concerns, and changes in condition.
