Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Active CPR certification required.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory and Long-Term Care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily functions and 24-hour care for a designated Long-Term Care unit.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of RNs, LPNs, and Nursing Assistants.
- Manage resident and physician referrals effectively.
- Partner with physicians to update and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, residents, and families.
