Nurse Manager - Central Staffing Office - Float Pool
About The Position
We are looking for an energetic, positive, people-focused Nurse Manager who thrives on change, loves leading others, and is excited to build something great. This role leads our nursing float pool, supporting staffing needs across our Kansas and Missouri metro facilities as well as our critical access locations. The ideal leader is a true change agent who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge. You’ll have the opportunity to inspire and develop a highly flexible team of nursing professionals, establish and champion new, positive best practices, build strong relationships across multiple facilities and teams, create a culture where people feel supported, valued, and excited to contribute, and lead through change with energy, optimism, and purpose. Requirements
- MO and KS RN required
- BLS required
- 2 years experience required
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse - Various
- Associate Degree - Science in Nursing
