About The Position
Southfield Village, part of Greencroft Communities, is seeking passionate LPNs or RNs to provide exceptional clinical care and build lasting relationships with residents and their families in an assisted living setting. This role is crucial in ensuring residents receive the dignity, respect, and personalized care they deserve, focusing on their physical, emotional, and clinical needs.
Requirements
- Current Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license required and maintained in good standing.
- Previous experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
- Memory Care or Alzheimer's care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to assisted living residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on each resident's needs.

- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and compassionate environment where seniors can thrive.
