About The Position
Lake Seminole Square is seeking a compassionate, hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care for our residents in a beautiful lakefront senior living community. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists / Resident Assistants. Requirements
- Current Florida LPN license
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Passion for serving seniors
- Ability to respond to community emergencies as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and nursing standards
- Monitor resident health and report changes
- Develop and update resident care plans
- Support residents with daily living activities while promoting independence
- Supervise and collaborate with caregiving staff
- Communicate resident needs and community updates to nursing leadership
