Nurse Lead - Assisted Living
About The Position
The Nurse Lead at Adams Woodcrest Assisted Living oversees daily nursing operations and supports the delivery of quality, compassionate resident care. The role leads nursing staff, coordinates resident care, administers medications and treatments as permitted, assists with provider visits, and ensures compliance with nursing standards and regulations. The Nurse Lead promotes resident safety, dignity, and independence while serving as a resource and mentor to the nursing team. The position requires 40 hours per week on second shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, including every other weekend. It is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $20,000 for an RN or $12,000 for an LPN. Medical coverage is available on the first day of employment; all other benefits take effect on the first of the month following the hire date.
Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, including every other weekend.

- Senior living nursing experience preferred.
