About The Position
The Nurse Lead at Adams Woodcrest Assisted Living oversees daily nursing operations and supports the delivery of quality, compassionate resident care. The role leads nursing staff, coordinates resident care, administers medications and treatments as permitted, assists with provider visits, and ensures compliance with nursing standards and regulations. The Nurse Lead promotes resident safety, dignity, and independence while serving as a resource and mentor to the nursing team.
Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Senior living nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations.

Benefits
- Sign-on bonus: $20,000 for RN or $12,000 for LPN.
- Eligible for medical coverage on the first day of employment; all other benefits are effective the first of the month following the hire date.
