About The Position

The Nurse in Professional Development works in conjunction with the leadership team to identify and prioritize learning needs, develop and implement plans to address those needs, and evaluate the outcomes of interventions, with a focus on quality, safety, and staff development. The role requires a collaborative relationship with the educator and leadership team to implement changes and establish clinical accountabilities for organizational success.

Requirements

• Three years of recent clinical experience in an acute care specialty setting.
• Current Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR.
• Florida Registered Nurse (FL RN) license.
