About The Position

The Nurse III provides nursing care and primary management for an assigned service area during the assigned shift at Terrell State Hospital. It also supports staff competence through mandatory training and education, monitors treatment, intervention, and protection strategies (TIPS), and may participate in disaster response, recovery, or Continuity of Operations activation, potentially requiring a different shift or location.
