About The Position

The Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB) is accepting applications for a part-time Nurse I within Student Health Services. This 0.6 FTE position reports to the Lead Nurse, Student Health Services, and maintains and improves the health of CSDB students through the care and treatment of acute and chronic health problems within the scope of nursing practice. All CSDB students are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or DeafBlind, and some have additional disabilities, so nursing practice is tailored to each student’s communication needs and to building independence in managing their own health care.
