Collaboration with nursing leadership is key for improving nursing practice, developing clinical guidelines, and supporting initiatives for safe, high-quality, and equitable student health services. The role involves evaluating the effectiveness of professional development and mentorship programs, recommending improvements, and tracking various trainings and certifications. Specific training will be provided on specialized health procedures. The position requires participation in in-service training, maintaining BLS CPR certification, and fostering professional communication with students, parents, and staff. Compliance with state regulations and district policies is mandatory. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
