Nurse Educator - Operating Room
About The Position
A medical facility located near Darlington, South Carolina is seeking a full-time, permanent Nurse Educator to join their Operating Room/Surgery team! This is a full-time, direct hire position with Monday-Friday, day shift, 8-hour shifts. The role involves creating, facilitating, and coordinating all educational activities, including self-study, classroom, outside seminars, and in-services, in collaboration with department leadership. The Nurse Educator will also oversee the entire orientation process, including preparing orientation schedules, materials, and selecting/preparing preceptors for new clinical staff.
Requirements
- Must have active RN license
- Must have at least 5 years of recent OR Circulating experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as Nurse Educator is highly desirable
