About The Position

Kline Galland Home Care, part of Benaroya Services, is seeking an experienced and mission driven‑ Nurse Delegator (RN) (estimate 16-20 hours/week) to lead our Private Duty Nurse Delegation Program. We are a locally owned homecare agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors and individuals who need extra caregiving support in their home setting. We are looking for an exceptional nurse to join our team, perform nurse delegation, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities Delegation & Supervision: Assessing patients, delegating nursing tasks, and conducting on-site observation/supervision of caregivers at intervals compliant with state guidelines, and more frequently as needed. Clinical Care Management: Developing and updating nursing care plans, assessing patient health status, and delegating clinical tasks. Training & Competency: Orienting and training caregivers. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with all Washington State regulations and organizational standards. On-Call Support: Providing phone or in-person support to staff to manage clinical emergencies. Communication and Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and external partners such as assisted living and SNF care teams.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Washington.
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience with working knowledge of WA healthcare regulations and RN delegation requirements.
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in home care, assisted living, or geriatric care.
  • Current CPR and BLS certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience as an RN Delegator strongly preferred.
  • Experience in performance management, staff development, and program implementation.
