About The Position
This is a per diem position for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to make home visits to clients in the Gloucester, Cape Ann, and North Shore communities. The role offers a flexible work schedule, allowing nurses to step away from a hospital setting into a more personalized environment where they can form genuine connections with clients. ABC Home Healthcare is a full-service private home care company with 20 years of experience providing customized home care services throughout various Massachusetts communities.
Requirements
- Massachusetts licensed nurse (RN/LPN)
- 2+ years experience
- Strong clinical and computer competence
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to function autonomously and manage priorities
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and motivate others
Nice To Haves
- Home care experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care services
- Visit clients in their home to assess for services
- Supervise & support our home health aide staff in the field
- Assess new referrals for services
