The Nurse Coordinator provides health care oversight and medical case management for an identified caseload of youth/individuals. This role may also include performing all clinical functions of a Registered Nurse (RN). Hillside is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and adaptable Registered Nurse with OPWDD experience (preferred) to join our Developmental Opportunities Services team in the Buffalo/Rochester areas. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with flexibility within a Monday – Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and requires availability for on-call rotation. The role is based in OPWDD IRAs in the Buffalo/Rochester area, with support provided across all IRAs in the region.
