Nurse Consultant - Clinical Informatics & EMR Coordination
About The Position
The Nurse Consultant – Clinical Informatics & EMR Coordination leads the integration of nursing practice with digital health systems across the Limestone Coast Local Health Network. Reporting to the Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery, you will coordinate, optimise and support the Sunrise Electronic Medical Record (EMR), acting as the key link between clinical teams, Digital Health SA and multidisciplinary stakeholders. You will provide expert leadership in EMR implementation, education, change management and clinical informatics, ensuring digital workflows are safe, efficient and aligned with best practice to enhance patient care, clinical documentation and service delivery across the network.
Requirements
- Registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Extensive experience using the Sunrise EMR platform.
- Proven leadership and change management experience within healthcare.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience delivering education and supporting digital health initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.
