About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Nurse Clinical Educator for a full-time position located in the South Shore area. As a key member of the Education Team, you will play an essential role in enhancing the professional development and clinical competence of field clinicians through a hybrid role that includes both office-based and field responsibilities.

Requirements

• Excellent observation and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Mandatory experience in home care.
• Strong OASIS skills (Home Health).
• Strong computer skills necessary and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Able to work under pressure and shift priorities as necessary.
• Able to be flexible and dependable.
• Able to problem-solve and troubleshoot quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel in field within the South Shore area and be flexible.
• Open to work hybrid which includes both office-based and field responsibilities

• Conducts performance assessment and documentation, EMR support to clinical staff.
