About The Position

The Wellness Coordinator works under the direction of the Wellness Director to ensure day-to-day resident services are completed, including coordination and supervision of personal care, medication services, staff training, and staff supervision.

Requirements

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and meet state health requirements.
At least 3 years of experience in assisted living and/or a nursing home.
Knowledge of state and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing.
Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to reprioritize daily tasks as resident and community needs fluctuate.
Strong documentation skills.
Experience in training and staff development.
Ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and ensuring efficient, safe resident care.
Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities
