Flexible, self-directed scheduling Control your caseload and geographic territory Meaningful, field-based work Collaborative, interdisciplinary environment Opportunity to grow within a national network What You’ll Do: Manage medical and rehabilitation cases for injured workers Coordinate care with physicians, providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers Evaluate treatment plans for medical necessity, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness Facilitate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) and conduct job site assessments as needed Monitor patient progress and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders Maintain timely, detailed documentation and reporting Attend medical and rehabilitation appointments when required What You’ll Need (Required): Active RN license Registered Certified CAT Supplier – State of Georgia (required) Minimum of 3 years of workers’ compensation case management experience Malpractice/liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Strong computer and documentation skills Reliable transportation for local travel Access to a personal computer and phone Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) If you’re a seasoned nurse ready for more independence, flexibility, and the ability to make a direct impact on recovery and return-to-work outcomes, we’d love to connect. Requirements

  • Active RN license
  • Registered Certified CAT Supplier – State of Georgia (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of workers’ compensation case management experience
