About The Position

We are seeking a self-motivated registered nurse to facilitate and coordinate all aspects of medical care for injured employees. The Nurse Case Manager works collaboratively with treatment teams and interacts with insurance adjusters, attorneys, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves overseeing patient care, attending medical appointments, visiting hospitals, and coordinating medical equipment, home modifications, and other needed services or products. This is a hybrid/remote role with work from home and local travel. The position is described as full-time, with a Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule and flexible hours; the posting also lists both full-time and part-time job types and 4- or 8-hour shifts. Travel is listed as 50% preferred. Work settings include outpatient and on-the-road work. Relocation to Salt Lake City, Utah, before starting is required.

Requirements

Utah Registered Nurse (RN) license; RN certification is required.
Valid Utah driver's license and Utah auto insurance.
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently.
Relocate to Salt Lake City, Utah, before starting work.
Willingness to travel up to 50% is preferred.
One year of nursing experience is preferred.
One year of case management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
