About The Position
Ensures the highest standard of care and services are provided to the patients and families. As an experienced practitioner, the incumbent acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination, teaching, and support to the care team which includes, the patient, family members, and interdisciplinary team members within a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Basic change management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination, teaching, and support to the care team.
- Collaborate with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary team members.
