About The Position

The scope of practice requires a broad knowledge base and autonomous decision-making skills. The Public Health Nurse (PHN) provides consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community and delivers community health nursing services to individuals, families, and groups. The role is multi-site, with coverage of Sandy Bay.

  • Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
