About The Position
Sage Medical Center, a subsidiary of Primacorp Ventures, is a community pharmacy focused on seniors care and assisted living. They provide comprehensive medication management to residents in retirement homes and supportive living communities. Working within an integrated multidisciplinary care team, their clinical services include compliance packaging, MedsChecks, minor ailments assessments, and vaccine administration. They are seeking a Nurse Assistant for a Part-Time/Casual position in the Sage Pharmacy and Medical Centre department, located at Amenida Surrey. The role reports to the Nurse Supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Korean language skills (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow clinical instructions and work under supervision
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a healthcare clinic, pharmacy, or medical support role
- Experience assisting healthcare professionals with patient care activities
Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff in the safe and timely dispensing of medications according to clinical protocols
- Conduct patient visits under the supervision of an LPN or RN to monitor patient well-being
- Assist patients during visits to ensure comfort and understanding of care instructions
- Support the nursing team with maintaining accurate patient records and consultation notes
- Help manage patient flow to ensure appointments run smoothly and wait times are minimized
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
