Requirements
- Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare experience, though not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Provide comfort measures and support to patients and families
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
