About The Position
Greene Health & Rehab Center is offering a no-cost Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program. This program is designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills for a rewarding career in healthcare. Upon successful completion of the training and certification test, participants will be offered full or part-time employment, depending on availability, with one of the largest long-term care providers in the US. The program emphasizes a supportive work environment, opportunities for growth, and stability under strong leadership focused on customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Successful completion of the Nurse Aide training program.
- Successful completion of the certification test.

- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Able to work required shifts at Greene Health & Rehab Center.
- Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
- Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
- Reports any changes to the Nurse or designated charge person immediately.
- Supervise, assist or provide showers and baths.
- Supervise, assist residents to dress/undress.
- Assure the cleanliness and dignity of each resident.
