Nurse Aide
About The Position
Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to provide high-quality care to residents and promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. The position is full-time, with day, evening, and night shifts available. The employer is willing to train the successful candidate to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Becoming CNA-level may result in a pay-rate increase, and a shift differential of up to $4 per hour is available. The listed salary is $15 per hour. The role is based at 700 E Urbandale Dr, Moberly, Missouri 65270.
Requirements
- Experience working in a long-term care, senior living, or healthcare setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
