About The Position

Bluegrass Senior Living is hiring a full-time night-shift Nurse Aide at Park View Care Center, a full-service nursing facility specializing in complex care. The facility provides clinical and rehabilitative services in a compassionate, supportive environment. Under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, the STNA provides individualized, high-quality care and helps create a positive, home-like environment where residents feel supported, respected, and cared for.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a caring, positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and meet the physical demands of the position.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to ensure safe resident care.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately take and document vital signs, intake and output, and other health indicators.
• Support nursing staff during treatments, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment.
• Participate in care planning and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team.
• Attend staff meetings and ongoing training, and assist with surveys and quality assurance activities.
