Paid Nurse Aide Training
About The Position
Genesis Healthcare is offering a Paid Nurse Aide Training program where participants can earn while they learn and take their first step into healthcare. The tuition is fully covered, and you will be paid during the training period. Upon successful completion of the course and state exam, and obtaining your NH LNA license within 30 days, a full-time position with an evening or night shift will be available. This program is ideal for individuals interested in a career where they can compassionately care for patients and residents. The training program duration is 1-4 months. Requirements
- Must obtain certification from a state-approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors and to respond to medical and physical needs.
