About The Position
Genesis Healthcare is offering a Nurse Aide Training Program where individuals can earn while they learn and take their first step into healthcare. This program is designed for those interested in a career in healthcare, with no prior experience required. The training is free and aims to equip participants with the skills to compassionately care for patients and residents. Upon successful completion, a position is guaranteed. This role can be the beginning of a rewarding career with opportunities for advancement through clinical career pathways, further nursing education (LPN or RN) via tuition assistance, and non-clinical career ladders.
Requirements
- Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.
