About The Position

We are looking for passionate Nurse Aides (NA) to help us provide nursing care and services to residents. This includes personal and restorative care and activities of daily living. Ohana Nurse Aides orient residents to the unit and facility, including the bathroom, call system, shower schedule, activity calendar, and lanai/common areas. They also inform residents of meal schedules and snack times. Nurse Aides respond immediately to resident calls, call bells/lights, and alarms, and respond to family requests. They inform the Charge Nurse when required.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Completion of Nurse Aide Training Program.
Scheduled Prometric exam within 120 days of hire.
Commit to one (1) year employment as a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Aide/Certified Nurse Aide.

Nice To Haves

Work as a Care Assistant concurrently with Nurse Aide Training Program.
Promotion to Nurse/CNA following program completion.

Responsibilities
