Nurse Aide in Training
About The Position
As a Nurse Aide in Training (NAIT) at Touchstone Communities, you will begin the path to becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through the state-approved NATCEP program. The program offers guided, hands-on learning and clinical rotations with support from dedicated Nurse Leaders. Touchstone covers the cost of CNA education and supports trainees throughout the process. The role is intended for people who are eager to learn, serve residents, and build a career in skilled nursing care. The position is part of a supportive, faith-grounded community focused on dignity, respect, compassion, service, and positive relationships with residents and families.
