This position supports patients/residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and ambulation. The Nurse Aide II will also be responsible for taking vital signs, height and weight measurements, maintaining patient rooms, observing and reporting changes in patient conditions, and orienting patients and families to the unit. Additionally, the role involves assisting with clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and maintaining medical records, as well as managing stock supply items. The Nurse Aide II performs duties within the scope of the Nurse Aide II (per applicable state Board of Nursing Nurse Aide II Tasks List) and may perform technical tasks with appropriate training, such as administering a 12-Lead Electrocardiogram test and routine venipuncture.
