CNA Training and Certification: You will be brought on board as a Nurse Aide and will immediately be included in a CNA class provided and conducted by our company. Once the first CNA class is complete, you can begin working and training on our floor with qualified and trained CNAs and Nurses that will provide hands-on, real time training while your CNA classes continue.

Requirements

Ability to participate in and complete company provided CNA class, and pass CNA certification within 90 days of hire.

Professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience providing care and services in long-term care

Responsibilities

Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs in a timely manner
Attend to patients' personal hygiene needs with sensitivity and respect
Assist with meal preparation and serving
Admit residents and facilitate the adjustment of new residents to the facility
Respond to patient needs as they arise
Foster a positive team environment
