As a Nurse Aide in Training, you’ll take the first step toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through our State‑Approved NATCEP program. This program is selective — we invest deeply in those who show the heart, discipline, and compassion it takes to thrive in skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Take the first step toward becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through our State‑Approved NATCEP program.
• Gain confidence and hands-on experience through guided learning and clinical rotations.
• Serve residents with compassion, dignity, respect, and excellence.
