About The Position

Schedule corporate, outage and online activities (date, time, sequence) for all plant organizations. Develop system window schedules to support on-line maintenance and outage management. Perform schedule maintenance within Primavera corporate scheduling tools. Assist the Lead Outage Scheduler and Outage Manager with outage activities related to development of detailed plans/schedules, resolving conflicts with schedule adherence, and developing outage shut down risk profiles.

Requirements

  • Nuclear Project Scheduler IV: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Technology or a related technical field and fourteen years of experience in operations, project management, engineering or maintenance; At least four years of the required experience must be in a nuclear environment.
  • Nuclear Project Scheduler IV: Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Technology or related technical field and sixteen years in operations, project management, engineering or maintenance; At least four years of the required experience must be in a nuclear environment.
  • Nuclear Project Scheduler IV: High school diploma or GED and eighteen years of experience in operations, project management, engineering or maintenance; At least four years of the required experience must be in a nuclear environment.
  • Nuclear Project Scheduler IV: A maximum of two years of the required technical experience may be fulfilled by one advanced degree.
  • Nuclear Project Scheduler III: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Technology or a related technical field and eight years of experience in operations, project management, engineering or maintenance; At least four years of the required experience must be in a nuclear environment.
  • Nuclear Project Scheduler III: Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Technology or a related technical field and ten years of experience in operations, project management, engineering or maintenance; At least four years of the required experience must be in a nuclear environment.
  • Nuclear Project Scheduler III: High school diploma or GED and twelve years of experience in operations, project management, engineering or maintenance; At least four years of the required experience must be in a nuclear environment.
  • Nuclear Project Scheduler III: A maximum of two years of the required technical experience may be fulfilled by one advanced degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Must participate on the Emergency Response Team (ERO) when designated.
  • Must support biennial refueling outage.
  • Must provide support to the Outage Command Center (OCC).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the development and review of detailed schedules for assigned windows and project work, ensuring compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rule requirements.
  • Drive risk management strategies aligned with station procedures and goals.
  • Provide reports to assist management in identification of scope for system windows, outages, and non-outage work.
  • Develop and implement scheduling methodology, health and tools based on industry best practice.
  • Maintain schedule integrity and health through review and auditing of published schedules.
  • Lead weekly schedule review meetings to ensure accountability and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement outage scheduling methodology based on industry best practice, as required.
  • Develop and maintain assigned outage performance indicators and reports, as required.
