About The Position

This position dictates applying extensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to the management of assigned projects while making independent decisions. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining close working relationships with the client, including professional and social interaction with key home office and site individuals. This position requires the individual to be a liaison between the client and the company. The position includes identifying client needs and expectations, including upcoming major projects, and communicating those needs to the applicable individuals. The position also includes obtaining client feedback regarding work performance and facilitating the implementation of process improvements, as appropriate. Additionally, the individual will work with the client to address and resolve issues that may develop relative to project scope changes, quality of services, cost, or schedule. The successful candidate will coordinate and participate in the preparation of proposals for client work by working with Discipline Engineering Managers and Account Managers to develop project scope, approach, technical assumptions, staffing, schedule, and pricing.
