Dominion Energy is seeking a Nuclear Planner/Senior Nuclear Planner for Millstone Projects. This role serves as the technical expert for designated crafts, responsible for preparing automated work order packages, researching maintenance history, identifying work order steps and required parts to ensure timely scheduling and completion of work orders and preventive maintenance programs for a nuclear power station. The position ensures periodic tests and maintenance programs are completed before their deadlines and functions as the lead for designated crafts. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and analyzing outage/non-outage and major maintenance packages, tracking progress, and retaining historical data. The role involves conducting walkdowns to verify engineering documents, locate equipment, or assess plant conditions, and obtaining/reviewing vendor manuals, drawings, and procedures. Additionally, the Nuclear Planner provides technical expertise to less experienced planners and conducts planning meetings with various departments to ensure maintenance activities are properly identified, integrated, and resource-leveled. The role may also involve acting as the planning supervisor in their absence.
