The Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT) Program Coordinator provides academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for the Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Responsibilities include oversight of program organization, administration, planning, assessment, accreditation compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure program quality and effectiveness. The Program Director collaborates with faculty and clinical partners to maintain and enhance curriculum relevance, support student success, and ensure alignment with current professional standards and workforce needs in nuclear medicine technology. The program director position must be filled by a nuclear medicine technologist (NMT) knowledgeable of current nuclear medicine technology and educational methodology. The program director must demonstrate effectiveness in instruction, curriculum design, program planning, evaluation and academic advisement.
