Nuclear Medicine Technologist
About The Position
Lumexa Imaging is seeking an experienced, registered, and patient-focused PET/CT Technologist on a full-time basis for our Stone Oak facility in San Antonio, TX. This role involves performing PET and PET/CT exams, including 3D imaging of organs. The technologist will prepare, calculate, and inject radioactive tracers (radiopharmaceuticals) to measure metabolic activity and cellular-level changes in tissue. Responsibilities also include screening, educating, and monitoring patients for comfort and safety, as well as inserting intravenous catheters and testing blood glucose/creatinine levels.
Requirements
- CNMT (NMTCB) and/or ARRT (N)
- Texas Medical Board (TMB)
Responsibilities
