Requirements

  • Under the direction of physicians licensed to administer radioactive materials.

Responsibilities

  • Ordering, preparing, measuring and administering radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic studies.
  • Performing and assisting with nuclear medicine studies.
  • Ensuring patient safety protocols.
  • Maintaining all federal, state, local and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Participating in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.
