About The Position

This is a per diem/casual position working 8-hour varied day shifts with on-call availability during evenings and weekends on a rotating basis. Standard day shift hours are 7am-3:30pm with standby coverage from 3:30pm-8pm Monday–Friday and 8am-8pm on weekends. Located at Scripps Mercy San Diego in Hillcrest. Why join Scripps Health? Requirements

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
CNMT (California Department of Public Health – Certified Technologist Nuclear Medicine)
Venipuncture
Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Nuclear Medicine
Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting

Nice To Haves

ARRT
1-2 years of experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing age specific care, education and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team.
Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in Quality Control and Performance Improvement activities.
Maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.
