About The Position
Arise CareStaff is hiring an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work for our client healthcare facility in Mission Viejo, CA. This is a travel assignment with a duration of 13 weeks. The schedule is Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:30). Computer charting is done via Epic.
Requirements
- Current California State License
- Current BLS certification by American Heart Association
- ARRT (N) Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive tracers.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
- Operate imaging equipment such as gamma cameras and PET scanners.
- Record and process imaging data.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
