Nuclear Medicine Technologist
About The Position
Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an assignment in Lewiston, Maine. This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality imaging and supporting the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The technologist will perform and assist with nuclear medicine imaging procedures and process and transmit images to PACS. This is a 12-week assignment with available day shifts. Requirements
- Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required.
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is required.
- At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist required.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
- Proficient computer skills.
