About The Position

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist operates nuclear detection and imaging equipment and prepares radiopharmaceuticals for Nuclear Radiologic studies by following professional and departmental protocols to provide the physician diagnostic images to identify and/or plan appropriate treatment for the patient's condition.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited program for Nuclear Medicine program
  • Completed all clinical competencies
  • Completed classroom training
  • Passed a certification board (CNMT (NMTCB)(CT), R.T.(N)(CT)(ARRT)) allowing operation of a hybrid nuclear medicine system

  • 1-2 years Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
