Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque’s Westside and Rio Rancho. It is home to a 24-hour emergency department, where patients can see a provider in about 30 minutes or less. It offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities, such as ENT, bariatric, and orthopedic service lines.
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited Nuclear Medicine Program.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- ARRT(N), or NMTCB, or ASCP(N).
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certificate issued by the State of NM.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Two (2) years of related experience, of which one (1) year must have been a clinical internship.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, measures, and administers radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
