About The Position
The Nuclear Med Tech performs a variety of Nuclear Medicine procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Prepares, measures and administers radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic and therapeutic studies.
Requirements
- Graduate of Allied Health Program
- 0-2 yrs experience
- CERTIFIED NUCLEAR MEDICINE TECHNOLOGISTS(NMTCB)
- BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
Responsibilities
- Performs all Nuclear Medicine technical duties.
- Obtains all required documentation/supplies.
- Assures correct patient information on requests, reports and PAC's.
- Organizes work area and maintains supplies.
