Requirements
- Completion of AMA approved School of Nuclear Medicine
- Two years applicable clinical experience in nuclear medicine and systems environment.
- ARRT or NMTCB registered.
- Current State of Iowa permit to practice Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and perform Nuclear Medicine/PET imaging procedures to produce accurate diagnostic data.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, performing quality control, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and preparation while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Document procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure strict confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to interpret data, resolve issues, and support efficient workflow.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, procedure updates, and departmental goals.
- Maintain professionalism, strong working relationships, and a clean, organized work environment.
