Nuclear C3 Specialist
About The Position
The mission is to advance Nuclear Consultation, Command, and Control (C3) through requirements definition, concepts and experimentation, and dependencies/interoperability verification that enable commanders to plan, task, execute, and assess operations. The role involves leading or supporting Nuclear C3 requirements, CONOPS, architectures, trials/experiments, and interoperability assessments across Allies, Partners, and NATO bodies. The specialist will produce deliverables under Task Orders in VANGARD’s Just-in-Time (JIT), deliverables-based model, iterating quickly with stakeholder feedback. Additionally, the role requires preparing executive-level briefs and documentation, and coordinating with ACO, NCI Agency, and multinational stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of a NATO member nation.
- English proficiency at STANAG 6001 SLP 3333 (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing) or equivalent.
- Active final NATO or National SECRET (or higher) clearance.
- Valid NATO-nation passport with no travel restrictions to NATO nations.
