Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a logistics environment, including exposure to Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and large-scale operational projects
- Minimum of 1+ year in a project or operational leadership role, with demonstrated capability in team leadership and performance management
- Minimum of 1+ year in warehouse or operations management with sound knowledge of best practices, process optimization, and legal/compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of warehouse best practices, including inventory management, Lean principles, and industry benchmarks
Responsibilities
- Planning large scale deployments requiring temporary labor requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with business strategy, defining scope, timelines, resources, and financial requirements
- Lead end-to-end project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards
- Apply structured methodologies (i.e. CLPA, DQP) and ensure adherence to client governance frameworks
- Defining and tracking success through KPIs and metrics for the internal NTK team
- Utilizing and sharing client SOPs for upcoming projects
- Purchasing material in Coupa and P-card for the NTK team deployments
- Creating and tracking Service POs for Rental Cars and material needed for projects
- Administrative assistance to General Manager and Operations Managers
- Maintain accurate project documentation and performance tracking
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
- Manage issues in line with governance and escalation protocols
