About The Position

This position performs a variety of warehouse tasks to ensure accurate receipts, storage, and shipments to our customers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years materials management experience, preferred.
• Must possess a current forklift certification or be able to complete in house forklift training.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds occasionally and/or 25 pounds frequently.
• The position requires pushing a maximum force of 30 ft/lbs. and/or maximum pulling force of 30 ft/lbs.
• Physical capability to use a personal fall arrest system (full body harness and self-retracting lifeline).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Physically capable of operating machinery and lift equipment.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment functional capacity test.
• Willingness to work at heights up to 25 foot in the air while wearing a personal fall arrest system
• Ability to use computer station and keyboard.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Positive team oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Accurate movement of inventory.
• Fulfilling, packing, and shipment of customer orders.
• Perform inventory cycle counts when required.
• Complete equipment and safety checks. (harness, forklifts, etc)
• Work together with other team members and departments to complete tasks.
• Use a variety of material handling machines. (Pallet jacks, hand trucks, propane forklifts, reach trucks, etc)
• Operate packaging equipment. (Pneumatic stapler, foam machine, nail gun etc.)
